5.2. Right to rectification and deletion of information
5.2.1. A person who has reviewed the information about him as stated above and found that the information is incorrect, incomplete, clear, or out of date,

the ways prescribed in the regulations, as well as by contacting the Company at the email address office@captranslation.com

of contacting you. If, within thirty (30) days, you do not receive notice that the information requested
by the Company to delete has indeed been deleted pursuant to this section, you will be entitled to apply to the Magistrate’s Court
in the manner prescribed in the regulations by the Law to order the Company to act as stated.
